Project Controls Manager with SNC Lavalin responsible for the development, implementation, and management of project controls processes and systems for the EPC Project Office. Role included provision of analysis and decision support services to plan, forecast, and report on revenue, cost, and schedule progress for all engineering, procurement, construction, and management activities to executive, finance, and senior management.

Infrastructure: Evergreen Line Project
Consulting in project management and controls to support project setup and commencement. Engagement included work breakdown and project coding structure definition, estimate reconciliation and consolidation, work package definition, preparation of control budgets to align with execution strategy, payroll systems integration, and development of integrated custom financial reporting and analysis tools.

Technology: Business Intelligence & Analytics
Lead Business Intelligence and Analytics with Wood to develop an in-house business intelligence and analytics capability to support strategic and operational data-driven decision making. Initiative also supported business process improvement, project controls, and business line reporting for professional services, projects, and divisional operations. Role included development and implementation of a data warehouse integrated with the corporate financial system and proprietary project management systems, client-server applications, analytical tools, metrics, reporting, dashboards and visualizations.

Technology: Data Warehousing & Analytics
Consulting as Data Architect for a fast-moving consumer goods company to develop a dimensional data warehouse to support finance, sales, and executive with management and decision making through reporting, data modeling and analysis, and visual analytics. Engagement included an on-premises ETL integration with a cloud-based ERP using Kimball methodologies.

Technology: Financial Planning & Analysis
Consulting on the development and implementation of a financial planning and analysis system for a finance department to consolidate all divisional projects, overhead accounts, proposals, and prospects for budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting over a rolling five-year time frame. Engagement included corporate financial system integration, data warehousing, and custom analytical and reporting tools.
